I bought a 2004 hyundi sant fe from a buy here pay here and it keep going through tires and the car lot wants $5,569.00 it has 250,000 miles am i paying too much for this vehicle
That's an insane price for an 18-year-old Santa Fe even in this market. Those buy here, pay here lots are the absolute bottom feeders of the business. They probably paid about $500 (if that) for the car at auction and it is pretty much guaranteed to be a rolling pile of junk. Their strategy is to get a down payment that pays for what they have in the vehicle plus a nice profit, then they repo it when payments are missed and do it again with the next guy over and over again, raking in the $$$ on the same lousy set of wheels.
It's not clear from your post if you've already bought this thing but if not I would run away as fast as I could.

Anytime you use buy here, pay here you pay too much. It is for people who have terrible credit that can't get financed anywhere else.
So yes, you are paying way too much.
