I own a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 with 36,000 miles and Automatic transmission. I bought it about 4 months ago. I noticed that the last few weeks when I turn left if I have the heater or AC on, when I take a left turn the fan makes little squeak sound. It doesn't do it if I make right turns and if I make a slow left turn it doesn't. I'm no mechanic. I'm just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or just leave it alone. Thanks.

blower motors just wear out after time

Turning the car should not have an effect on that. Can you see any damage on the fan?
there is something called gyroscopic precession which affects spinning bodies
