- My AC is out on my car. 2005 Honda Accord 3.0 L2297 CC V6SOHC 24 valve VTEC.
- im trying to get it repaired but no one is completely telling me the truth, two mechanic shop told me it the compressor and another told me that I just needed to replace the evaporator expansion valve. But all of them have quoted me price over $800. I not sure what to do, can u help me.

There are many things that can cause AC failure and without any diagnostic information to go on it's impossible to even hazard a guess as to the cause. Is there a reputable AC specialty shop in your area? You might be better off taking the car to a specialist rather than a generic repair shap.
