I have a 2016 Chrysler 200s it does not blow cold air it blow hot air But when I put it on the Oscillate for both sides And turn the temperature to low it blows some cool air Just not a lot its any ideas of what maybe wrong or do I need to get my ac compressor looked at ?

There are many things that can cause loss of cooling and the compressor is the last thing you should be considering unless it is making bad noises or locked up.

If you are not familiar with working on air conditioning it would be best to take it to a good independent mechanic. (Not a dealer and not a chain shop.)
