Good morning I have a 2015 Volvo S 60 t5 2.0t I bought the car not too long ago and I’m having a AC problem I brought the car to the dealer because I am feeling warm air coming out of the vents they said I’m low on Freon they put the Freon three weeks and I came back because there was nothing there again they put the die In the system and is it’s blowing warm air again after three weeks my warranty expired so I can’t bring it back to the dealer and I’m also smelling a funky smell from the AC vent every time I turn on my AC I had to pay a mechanic to recharge my system what do you guys think I should do

It sounds like you have a leak. If UV dye does not reveal anything the problem is probably inside the dashboard in the evaporator or expansion valve. An electronic "sniffer" can be used to find those leaks.

The smell is probably from mold due to condensed moisture in the evaporator case. There are cleaners that can be used for that problem. Be sure to check your cabin air filter since that can smell if it's real dirty.
