When if at all; would you recommend changing the serpentine Belt  on a 007 IS350 Lexus with 154K?

I'm the third owner and have had the car for three years and put 54,000 miles on it.

It very difficult to check the entire belt for cracks while its on the car.

I'm not having any issues at this time but just curious to know what you would recommend?

I just bought a 91 LS400 a week ago and changed the serpentine belt this past Wednesday. It was a bit loose and I had to change the tensioner as well because bearings were going bad. I agree with former comment that it's important to change the belt every 60,000 miles or so.
