Hi Scotty,
I have a 2019 Ford F150 with 71000 miles and automatic. While I was starting my car, I accidentally held the gas pedal all the way bottom while I was holding the brake to start the truck. The truck was trying to cold start until I realize what I did and then let go of the gas pedal, it started. Would this one time incident damage anything? Engine? Trans? Etc.

nah you're fine. Everything is computer controlled anyway.

Probably not, but if it had started, you would have gotten rid of a lot of carbon.
It did start after I let go of the gas and realize what I just did, it was trying to fire up for like 2 secs.
