I have a 2007 Accord Sedan with 3.0V6 and 5 Speed Automatic with 196,000 miles
A mechanic recommended I get a Valve Adjustment as a maintenance item for the vehicle.
Don't think the car has ever had the valve clearance adjusted, mechanic asking for $600 and wondering if it's worth it

Yes, Hondas do require periodic valve adjustment. Honda recommends this be done when the timing belt is changed, every 105K miles. (If your timing belt is original that is also overdue for replacement.)
