have a question I have a 2018 Chevy Malibu never had a problem with this vehicle since we owned it a lady rear-ended the vehicle State Farm took care of the repairs The Body Shop was one of the preferred repair centers took it over there he disconnected the battery cables supposedly do the welding work we got the car back shortly after a few weeks later the car was making a humming noise I need the engine when a vehicle is running or when it was turned off by time you get the hood open it's gone couldn't hear it took a 2-1 dealer they couldn't find the problem took it to another dealer they said they found a loose battery cable on there and my battery does not work as well as the shutter sensor does not work with a battery cable being loose couldn't that short out the battery as well as the sensor I do have the AGM batteries on there the Dealer's trying to say no that would have nothing to do with it when I call the body shop they said they put a scan tool on there I think they forgot to take the battery cable off in the guy start welding on there and realize they did that's why they scan the car and when they did take it off he did not tighten the battery cable down enough so it came loose and showed out my battery and sensor but the dealer said that cannot happen please help I know I'm not nuts I watch your show all the time you the only YouTube channel

Where does the noise come from? Any code on the dash?
Can you make a video for the noise?
