Hello Scotty, My 2005 Acura Mdx that is got 3 months ago with 156K Miles, it has misfires on all 6 cylinders. Still runs and drive good but it has a rough cold start and the mpg decreased from 17.0 to 13.4 MPG. I researched that this car needs a engine exhaust valve adjustment on each cylinder, every 130K miles. Any Advice on what is needed to be done?

If it still starts and runs "good", ⌠I say clean the throttle body with CRC cleaner and see how things change. Youâd be surprised, this just may cure the problem significantly, ⌠and than we can talk about valve adjustment.
There is Scottyâs vid on uTube that will show you how to clean a throttle body, btw. Just search for it.
