I'm considering a 2013 Acura TSX, but it has 179k miles, of which are mostly highway. If I continue to consider it, I'm planning on getting it looked at by a mechanic. Are these vehicles fairly reliable with high millage if they've been taken care of?
High mileage for the age of vehicle. If he can prove that these milages are mostly highways and the mechanic says Ok, it should be a reliable car.
AWD ones are expensive to fix at high mileage. Don’t pay much.

Yes. If it's truly highway miles, go with it if the price is right. Even if it was say city miles, these K series are very reliable.
