Hey Scotty i have 2019 Acura MDX, one of my wiper blades dry rotted so I stopped by a Honda dealership to buy a new pair The service guy told me that they don’t Carey Acura parts would have to go to my Acura dealership and get my replacement wiper blades.so I did and when they gave me my blades it said genuine Honda parts. What’s the difference?
The Honda dealer would not be able to look up the Acura wiper blades in their computer. They could have just matched them up by size but these days at most places "it's not in the computer" means they can't (or won't) do anything more for you.
Your second, unrelated question should have been posted separately but the rear end blown out implies some pretty bad abuse. I'd steer clear. (Don't believe anything the seller tells you.)

Acura is the premium/luxury brand, so maybe the wipers are nicer. I've never compared them side by side though
You could simply buy the blades at Autozone. They are $35 each. The Honda dealership didn't want to replace your wiper blades. And you don't need "genuine" wiper blades. Wiper blades are wiper blades, lol.
