Have a 2010 dodge challenger 3.5L with the 42Rle transmission, just hit 100k miles, haven’t changed the transmission fluid and filter, can i still change it or at this point is better not to?

when does Dodge say you should do it?
What is the condition of the fluid now?
100k is not that much mileage. Shouldn't have any issue replacing the fluid.
