I was gifted 2007 doge Dakota 3.7 v6 ( 4x4 )
now when I’m driving air comes in through the vents , even if the Ac is off or if I hit the bottom for the air to stay in ?? -.-

Do you mean the vents still blow air even with the blower motor off?
If you only turn off the AC, air will still flow through the vents as long as the blower motor is selected on.
A video would help, greatly.
