Hey Scotty! I have a 2020 Tacoma TRD off-road with a little over 10,000 miles. The tires have already worn unevenly and are super loud. Did I cause this or is it the off road suspension? Should I take it back to Toyota?

I should have said the tires are cupping more that wearing differently on each side of the tire.
If the tyres are still under warranty, take it back to the dealer.
Was the vehicle in any kind of wreck/underbody hits during off-roading?

No, I have only driven it on the roads and have not hit any curbs or anything like that. Nothing that would have knocked it out of alignment.
Does this vehicle have an after market lift kit on it? Have all the alignment specifications been checked?
No, no lift kit. I have not taken it to get the alignment checked but that is a good idea. Thanks!
Take it to the dealer and have them check it, but if you modified the truck, the warranty is likely not effective.
No modifications to the truck. It is bone stock.
Do not work on the truck and take it back to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty.
