Will cupped tires get smoother over time?

I have a lifted 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4WD TRD Off Road with 90,000 miles on it and BFG KM3 mud terrains. Recently I noticed the truck would vibrate at low speed (1-5mph). After having the Toyota dealership inspect the truck to see what was causing the vibration they found the front tires were cupped. The truck needed an alignment and the tires needed to be rebalanced and rotated. The suspension was fine. I had them do an alignment then rotate and rebalance all 4 tires putting the front cupped tires on the rear. Now the cupped tires on the rear are extremely loud. My question is will the uneven wear on the cupped tires on the rear smooth out over time or do these two tires need to be replaced? The tires are only 2yrs old and I only drive this truck on the weekends. Thanks

My personal experience with a similar situation is that the tires did not quiet down over time (several years).

The cupping permanently damaged the tires.

How on earth they just put them in the back. Cupped tires are dangerous to drive.

There are a few places that will shave down tires - which is a plus for AWD vehicles who need to replace one tire, but I would imagine that they could address cupped tires as well. Here's one place https://burtbrothers.com/blog/art-tire-shaving/
