We have a 2009 Lexus RX 350 that just hit 100,000 miles and works great. Because of the mileage I wanted to replace the transmission filter and do a transmission drain and fill. I found some Aisin brand ATF-0WS fluid that the label states is specifically engineered for 2004-2019 Lexus that requires WS Fluid. I am pretty certain that Aisin made the transmission in the car. My question, is this the same as Toyota brand WS fluid for compatibility and quality. Thank you.

Aisin made the transmission. Just use the Toyota fluid to be safe, it really doesn't cost much more. Those transmissions don't really have a filter.

Yes, it should be fine. You should always consult your owners manual first as well.
