can we use wd 40 silicon as an alternative to at205 reseal or u recommend any other for bushing and hose pipe rejuvination???

In order to help you, we need this information that you glazed over, I guess. AT-205, or really any product that is advertised as a "miracle in a can" is not a cure-all.
