Hi Mr. Kilmer,
My husband loves your videos and auto advice. I was hoping you could offer some suggestions for him. He purchased a set of wheels at a “you-pull-it” auto salvage for our 98 Honda CR-V. He is struggling to clean them up. They have been painted and they have tons of brake dust on them. For the last two days, he’s been using a wire brush attachment on his power tool to scrub them clean. It’s back-breaking work. He read somewhere to use paint stripper but still he’s out there working for hours. Is there an easier way to do this? Maybe a power washer that won’t damage the aluminum wheels or have them sand blasted? Help!
Thanks!
