My 2020 Camry and my wife's 2020 Corolla need to replace the cabin air filter, any recommended brand? I want good quality but not expensive

We drive A LOT!!
No worries. I prefer using charcoal cabin air filters. But any regular name brand one should work fine.

I’ve used OEM and Denso in my Prius. I once tried STP. I couldn’t really tell the difference. I go with OEM or Denso when I can.

Buy the cheapest one you can and use the savings toward a better engine air filter.

On my 2008 Camry, I've used a Chinesium charcoal brand that is relatively cheap and seems to be reasonably good quality: Puroma,

Even though it's more expensive, I would use the OEM filter.
