Plan on buying a new car pretty soon and the Miata is at the top of the list. I know it is a GDI engine but I haven't really heard much about issues with Mazda GDI engines.
Everything I've seen says it does not use a dual injection configuration, so I would appreciate any info people have on this!
I'll add that I would be getting the ND2.
There is only one problem with a new Miata: … high fidelity earplugs don’t come with the car as standard! Shame on Mazda, … you need a set, … or two. You and your passenger will probably feel very tired from surrounding noise (other cars and trucks clatter as these drive by, trust me!) after about an hour and a half or two of open highway driving. Country roads, no problem!
As to GDI engine? Works like a charm.
