Hello I was wondering if there was a reason not to get a crv from 2010 or a 2011 civic ex I believe

I would say that, as long as they have been taking care of, there really isn't any reason to not get a 2010 Honda CR-V or a 2011 Honda Civic. Just take either one to a mechanic to see if everything looks good.
