Hey Scotty I’m in the market for a newer vehicle and was wondering if the 2018 Honda accords and 2018 camrys are good cars

I would go for the 2018 Toyota Camry. Hondas are known for Oil Leaks. That's my opinion. But both cars are reliable. Long lasting cars.

@yaboig
Do both the 1.5 and 2.0 engines have oil leak issues or is it just one of them?

2017 and 2018 are years when new generations of those models were released. Issues are yet to be resolved. I suggest you take a look at previous generation of those models even if they are a year older.

Get the Camry and if you want more power, get the V6 Camry.

Both are great cars, but I would take a Camry. Made better, better reliability and retains value, No turbo to fail later, no overstressed 4 cylinder engine, then features and options are similar but each has stuff the other doesn't offer.

And if you want more power and better performance and features, get that bulletproof Toyota 3.5L V6.

If you're not sure about the V6, try this: Drive a 4, then drive a 6, the go back to the 4. In a few moments you'll realize how much better the 6 was.

Hi,

I will say that the panels on the Honda are fairly thin.

So,

If you like to lean against your car and talk to your buddies I would by the Toyota...

At least you won't have a dent in the side and I think the Camry has a better roof to hold a can without sliding off.
