2016 honda crv EX sport utility
I live in upstate NY and im looking at a this Honda that has 78,000 miles for $14,000. No error codes and typical NY rust. I would be the 3rd owner. took it for a test drive and seemed like a typical Honda crv. Anything I should be looking/ checking for? Is this a good deal? (used bluedriver to read/check for codes)

They don't have much problems. Make sure the CVT fluid has been changed.

Coworker has one (may be a 2015). I asked some months ago, and she reported zero issues.

Current or previous generation? If you want to keep it for a short period of time, it doesn't matter.
I wonder why it changes owners so fast.
