Hello, Thanks for what you do. I have a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country Touring Van with automatic transmission at 60,000 miles. When backing up an incline under power, the car jerks or bumps like once every two seconds. The dealer did some software upgrades but it didn't help. The vehicle at idle doesn't have enough power to move so it happens when I try to ease on the gas. Backing on level ground there is no problem, just when backing up an incline. Otherwise the car drives good. Thanks.

Well that's an internal transmission problem and they can program all they want they make crappy transformations I would just not back up a high incline turn around and go the other way
