Are 2008 - 2011 Buick Enclave’s good vehicles?

A general question in my search for a new vehicle. I’ve seen a couple Enclaves less than 150k miles. They are extremely nice but almost Every review states repeated stretched timing chain issues, plastic engine parts & a mechanics nightmare due to chassis having to be lifted & engine then dropped for any engine work. Is this true? BC I have to agree with misses that they have a beautiful exterior  with a luxurious interior.

The things you've read about are true. They're no good. Timing chain failure is common. My neighbor's own one and it's been a piece of junk. The timing chain started to fail at 70,000 miles so it was changed out. It's had the rack and pinion changed, the front struts changed twice, and now the o2 sensors are failing. I think it's at 100,000 miles now. Also, the transmission clunks when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear sometimes now. Look elsewhere.
