I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna with 78k (not a misprint). I used a scan tool and noticed that fuel is being added by 5% ish at idle. I'm thinking the fuel injectors need to be cleaned. Is BG 44K good for this? What about other BG products like MOA and EPR? Should I be using these with my regular maintenance?

I would not recommend using them as regular maintenance. That said, their products are good and running a can of 44k through the Injectors will probably help you out. It certainly won't hurt anything.

I have been using BG Products on ALL of my cars for about 20 years.
Every Oli Change - BG-44 and RK. Mazda RX-7, 2005 BMW x-3, and now in my 2012 BMW X-3.
