Are Bilstine shocks good in your opinion?
I have a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT with the coyote 5 L V-8 engine. I have 85K miles. I have used it for towing and hauling and want to lift it 1.5 inches front and back. What do you suggest?

You have two questions here. The best shocks are Bilstein and KYB in my opinion. Raising your truck requires a lift kit; shocks alone won't do it.
Two companies that come to mind that offer lift kits and leveling kits are Skyjacker and Rough Country.

Yes or KYB or Rancho. But you'll probably forfeit your warranty. Not wise with a Ford.
