The guy is selling it for 40500 dollars but because he knows my friend the 31000 dollars is it a good deal if he should look elsewhere

The guy is selling it for 40500 dollars

But ... that's the cost of a brand new truck. This one is 7 years old.

The market on the Dominican Republic is different from the US market Diesel vehicles depreciation are less on than gasoline engine plus American vehicle cost more there. Also i spoke to my friend he told me he gave me the price wring the guy was confused sense he was also selling a 2019 tundra. The actual price of the titan that he will sell it to my friend is 25k

I guess you need advice from a fellow Dominican

The Titan diesel is probably one of the few Nissans I would consider, assuming it checks out.

It has a Cummins engine and an Aisin transmission.  One of the best diesel makers and one of the best transmission makers.

I recommend comparing local prices of the Titan, to see if it is within range of being a decent deal.
