Hey Scotty,
My 2012 chevy cruze is almost at 100k miles. Would it be wise to start using a bottle of AT205 with every oil change going forward? Also, should I try a bottle of that carbon cleaner with the engine oil around now?

No.
If you've kept up on oil changes, and nothing's leaking then keep doing what you've been doing.
The old adage doesn't go "if it 'aint broke, fix it till it is"
Make sure you do the stuff that the car actually needs. Replace coolant, transmission fluid etc.
Clean out the intake once in a while, fuel filter, check spark plugs etc.
At 100k you might as well do a full inspection.
