hey scotty quick question. i got an ‘06 eclipse and it has 53k miles on it. i smelt burning from the tranny and checked the fluid and it was black so i got it flushed. however i still smell burning coming from the transmission. it shifts fine but i was wondering is it okay to still drive the car and is the transmission shot

If it's shifting and not slipping, then you're probably ok. Are you sure there's not a leak from something else that's dripping on the exhaust in that area?
