Was working on my car and a bare wire ac compressor wire touched my exhaust manifold and now no power no crank no daytime running light no signal lights no radio no cig light plug do you think I blew a fuse or relay or something else

This problem still isn't resolved need more help on this one bad
Thinking it might be the circuit relay behind the radio I don't know how to remove or test it tho I tried a year ago when rebuilding he car here is the relay I'm mentioning if anyone knows how to test it
