Hi, I got a 2004 accord dx 2.4l 4 cylinder engine, it got 190,000 miles. I barely get 19 mpg combined, is it because it’s old, or any other issue. I change oil every 3k miles.

Has it just recently happened? There can be many reasons why. It could be spark plugs, dirty air filter, fuel system problem or even a bad oxygen sensor. I would start inspecting those items first.
