Bad gas MPG in 2010 Acura TL

I have a 2010 Acura TL AWD-SHO with 153k miles.  Was getting bad gas MPG, 12-13mpg average, went from 320m to under 200m on a tank of gas.  Since the car did not have it's 100k work done I went ahead and had the spark plugs and timing belts replaced, new fuel pump, values adjusted, and everything else that was needed for a car this age.  No O2 sensor warnings codes in the dash. Oil has been changed every 10k for the life of the car

After all of this the car is still getting the same poor gas mileage.  Talked to the dealer again and they are trying to blame the winter gas and I have changed my driving habits and that they know of nothing else.

What else could be causing the poor gas mileage?  Bad values?  Computer setting?

You already tried some of the suggestions from Scotty?

It did not happen over night, correct? When your engine gets old, the mpg drops. I would try all the things Scotty mentioned but do not expect to get the same mpg as a brand new car. Also, change the oil more frequently.
