Hope someone can give me advise about my situation.
I'm currently living in UAE and I have a Nissan X trail 2018 with current mileage of 138,000+km
Transmission fluid has not been changed because I have asked a lot of people here saying if not making problem don't change.

This is a pre owned car and currently still under car loan that I need to pay for 5 years.
I got the car when the mileage of 91,000km
Recently I am experiencing jerking from slow acceleration and sometimes when I do parking if shift the gear to reverse/drive the car jumps a little. So i went to a garage they check and scanner shows this code

They gave me recommendation for transmission overhaul which cost a lot.
Currently I'm still driving the car but I'm cautious when driving

Sounds like classic failure of Nissan's Jatco CVTs. You can try changing the fluid to see if that helps and also check for electrical problems. However those transmissions are known for having short lives.
The X Trail is not sold in the U.S. but appears to be similar to the Nissan Rogue which is sold here. You can find troubleshooting information for P1715 at the link below.
The P17F2 code is not listed in the shop manual for the U.S. 2018 Rogue. Internet searches suggest the code is triggered by either worn internal parts or having replaced the transmission without performing the necessary calibration.
@chucktobias thank you for time. Yes I think in US its counterpart is rogue.
If I will change the fluid should I change the 2 filters as well? I'm have been doing some research online and it says that once the fluid has been changed something needs to be reset. Is it necessary or just drain and fill is enough?

Drain, fill with the same amount that comes out, change filters.
