Whats best scanner to but for anew Volvo owner ?
Own a S80 2003 Turbo

This is my personal view.
2003 car did not have much obd2 info.
So the way scotty has in his link go to this one. I use foxwell but both are made in china.
My point . If it was 2016 car I would say get one that has free update and feature u need.
Example 2003 car u just have maf sensor, cam position, radio , 02 sensor and evap system and few other things.
In the 2016 I have sunroof, car seat postion , headlight, alot of information reporting back.
Hence you need one that always updating for free and dont need to keep paying for upgrade.
