Best obdll scanner?

Topic starter

What is the best obdll scanner that has all the normal functions (e.g. abs, live data, code reading and code erasing), and also has key programming functions? At an affordable price?

I like the FORScan software (either windows or app for a tablet) paired with the OBDLink adapters for all Ford products. I use it on my 2004 Grand Marquis, 2001 Sport Trac and 2015 Edge. http://www.forscan.org I think the app cost like $6 and the OBD adapter was around $100. I think the Windows software was around $50; but it's powerful software. The app is not as powerful as the Windows software because the app can't make changes to the programming; the app can only read. This is only for Ford. You don't say what make you have, so if it's something other than Ford this will be useless for you.
