I am interested in buying this vehicle https://www.carfax.com/vehicle/JHMCD5632RC062235 , I called the dealership and was told she wanted $3500, any thoughts/ opinions???

That's about 2000 grand to high. Look for private owner, run from high profit dealers. You gain nothing as they sell most stuff as is, no warranty, so same as private owner, at least u can get history of ownership and run history, take anything u look at to small mechanic shop. Before you pay.

$3500 for a 26 year old car with 185,000, don’t be stupid, that absolutely ridiculous.
$1000 bucks take it or leave it.....
