Weird whining noise.

Hi! My name's Voy. I own a 1995 Euro spec Honda Accord CC7 5th gen sedan. It has an old but well maintained 2 liter N/A 16 valve single cam. I just replaced the timing belt and accesory belts. Soon after replacing the belts the engine started making a whining sound when it revvs up and when the revvs drop. The sound is louder when the revvs go down but that may be due to my loud exhaust. The whine itself sounds like a supercharger whine. I'm worried that my engine can be damaged. What could be the reason for the reason for that wine? Please tell me in your free time. Best regards, Voy, a long time fan of your channel!

Check all belt-driven accessories and pulleys for noisy bearings. Also check belt tension. (Even if the car has an automatic tensioner it may be worn out after nearly 30 years.)
