2002 Camry XV20, V6, 235,000 Miles, Manual Transmission.

VERY Rarely Driven. maybe a 35 minute trip and another 35 trip back once every 2 weeks.

Timing Belt was last changed "Last change was 2016/11."

Timing Belt Change was by Toyota using a AFtermarket belt.

DO I need to change it OR CAN I leave it? I was told they can last longer than 20 years...(genuine belt though)

Thank you for time, Scotty.

CAN I leave it?

If you don't mind getting stuck on the road in some random place, sure thing. That's apparently not an interference engine so it won't self-destruct but it could leave you stranded in a bad situation.

Who told you that? It's nonsense. That's a rubber belt and rubber deteriorates with time. Would you expect 20-year-old tires to be reliable?
