I have a 72 Eldorado original 501 85K, a 85 Sub with original 350 55K, a 84 Estate wagon with original 305 110K all with Rochester carbs. Then I have a 78 K20 mild build 350 Holly carb 40K, a 83 C10 with a pretty radical 400hp 350 Endelbrock carb 5K. And finally a 87 R30 Dump 454 TBI with 60k. Im looking for the best fuel and oil additives for my collection. I burn non ethanol fuel only. I truly trust any recommendations you could give me.

In general additives do little more than clean out your wallet. If your engines still have flat-tappet cams you'll want to use an engine oil with high ZDDP content such as Valvoline VR1. If you suspect dirt in the fuel system, Scotty recommends PEA-based cleaners like Techron or ATS fuel system cleaner.
