I just got a 2014 Honda Accord ex and that car is so beautiful but it's so low. I'm 5'9 and I would like to know what's the best sedans/suvs for tall people. Something that will last and/or something luxurious.

Can you clarify how tall so we can give a better answer: Are you referring to yourself (5’9”) or the tallest passenger you will accommodate? (if passenger, how tall?)

Try a Honda Accord 2018+ ..Acura MDX.. Acura tlx... or something more expensive like Cadillac, Ford, Chevy suvs for space. I got a Honda Accord 2018 Because my friends are all 6’0 and it’s spacey. Go sit in one both front and back seats.

@Hazzerhaze to avoid clutter, can you please enter your answer at the bottom of the page in the box labelled "Your Answer"? Do not use "Add a comment" for answers. I only posted up here to get further clarification from the OP and I wanted all to see it.

I don't know if it fits you but Toyota Venza (the first gen)?

I'd also recommend the 2010-2014 Lexus RX350

I'm 6'8", 400 pounds, linebacker build.

I fit in my 2020 Accord just fine. Drive it every day and have plenty of headroom. The wife's '15 Camry is snug on headroom but doable. The roomiest cars I have driven are:

1. Dodge Charger

2. Dodge Challenger

3. Lexus LS460

Of course, trucks have plenty of room and full size SUV's are ok.

For sedan, since the Accord didn’t work out I will not mention that.  For comfort and luxury, for sedan I’d look at a Toyota Avalon and Lexus ES and for SUVs I’d look at a Lexus RX350.

Thank you everyone for your answers. For better clarification I'm 5'9 I just want something fitting for me. I should've been more specific in my question. But a sedan or an suv 2012-2016 I'm willing to spend at least $11,000 on the used car

A Honda Accord would be good. kerem mentioned the Toyota Venza which is also a good option.

Look at Ford Escape and Subaru Forester. I know they violate the “Toyota-Honda reliability rule” of this site, but if you find one that has been well-taken care of they are just fine in dependability.  And used prices are reasonable. I’m 6-0 and I’ve been comfortable in both.
