Hi.
I live in Europe where diesel cars are still in demand. I do a lot of windsurfing and have lots of gear (on roof and in the boot) and usually find myseld in sandy places. I am looking for an awd manual diesel station wagon/estate with roofracks, arround 8 years old with 100k-150k km milleage. I was looking at volvo xc70 or subaru outback. Whick one is better in terms of reability? Is there any other alternatives?
Thanks
Stan

Well... that's a narrow category.
(AWD, Wagon, Deisel, Manual, made in 2013-2015)
volvo xc70 or subaru outback
Avoid Subaru diesels, they have a very poor reputations.
The XC70 is about the only decent car in that category that jumps to mind.
You could also consider a Skoda Superb, it's highly rated amongst many taxi drivers for reliability.
Agree, Superp is a good car, but hard to find a 4x4. How would you possition super, outbback and xc70?
