I know Scotty usually puts Honda and Toyota at the top of the list

If you want information about car complaints, reliability issues, things to look out for then I recommend visiting carcomplaints.com, repairpal.com, Scotty Kilmer’s YouTube channel (of course), the Car Wizard YouTube channel, and carkiller.com
If you want to get just a review of the vehicle (I.e. specs, features, how its engineered, how it drives, etc.) then I usually watch Doug Demuro’s YouTube channel as well as Savagegeese YouTube channel. They seem to be the most knowledge on that aspect of a vehicle. But I don’t watch them or listen to them for their thoughts on vehicle reliability (that’s not their focus or speciality).

If you want unbiased true reviews about quality and reliability then Scotty's videos and this forum. Places like NHTSA or carcomplaints show the issues with specific models/years.
This is probably the best website I have ever run into in terms of car reviews.
