Happy New Year! I was wondering if you heard of BG Dynamic Engine cleaner. I just bought a used 2011 Toyota Corolla and am pretty sure that the oil change was not consistently performed. I believe there might be a lot of sludge in the engine. I saw a lot of before and after videos for the BG Dynamic Engine cleaner in YouTube and wanted to know your opinion on it. Basically, is it a scam or not and could it damage a toyota engine?

BG products are a total waste of money. They claim to have a lifetime warranty, but even if you use their products exclusively I have seen cases where they have refused to warranty damaged components. I would not recommend them at all.
Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see.
