Two months ago the passenger side of my 2010 Ford F150 lariat began blowing only hot air through the vens no matter what the temperature was set to with the drivers side working normally. I replaced the blend door for climate on the passenger side and the truck and it blew cold until i moved the temperature guage for the passenger climate then it would blow instantly hot again. I have calibrated th blend door actuator several time with no help.

sounds like your control unit itself is gone bad find a mechanic like me with the bi-directional scan tool to test the whole HVAC system
