I have a 2006 Nissan maxima while driving the other day my car lost power, overheated with NO warning and eventually died when I came to a stop. I checked my oil cap and yes it's milky so I bought bars head gasket repair gunk followed directions step by step but it's still smoking out of the exhaust. What magnificent idea do you have for me please Scotty I'm losing my noodle!

a. if you are mechanically inclined, you can rebuild the engine top end.
b. if you are mechanically inclined, and you find a used engine in decent shape for a good price, and you swap it in.
c. you replace the vehicle, because paying someone to do a. or b. will cost more than the vehicle's worth.
