Hi Scotty hopefully you or some one else can answer this. I watched one of your videos and you said if water getting into oil not to use a head gasket sealer that has sodium silicate in it as it can lock up bearings. The product i bought is Blue Devil head gasket sealer. I called them and they say this is what there product is for but recommended changing the oil before and after treatment. Will i be in more trouble trying this or would the oil changing save any problems with the bearings.  this is on a mazda miata i did a compression test from front to rear it was 140/82/75/125 then i added oil in the spark plug holes and i got 180/100/95/145. Any help is very appreciated.

The sealer isn't going to help.  You have a blown head gasket.  The head needs to be removed and rebuilt and reinstalled.  I suggest using ARP head studs instead of the cheap, low torque factory head bolts.
