Hi Scotty my vehicle had good a/c but now it does hold on to any free no matter how many times I use those sealing dyed cans I still can find a leak and suggestions?
You have a leak. If you've been using those sealer-laced "recharge" cans, first of all they don't work most of the time, and second of all they can damage your AC system by plugging up parts internally. Take it to a competent AC technician to diagnose it.
If you can't find a leak with dyed refrigerant, your evaporator may be the culprit, which is buried in the dashboard on most cars. Hopefully you didn't use A/C stop leak cans or your system's going to be pretty much unserviceable by a professional if it had anything but seal conditioner in it.
Always research this kind of thing beforehand if you don't know anything about it. Years ago my step dad's AC compressor went bad in his 1999 Cavalier because he'd just add refrigerant in the low side port without pulling vacuum or checking pressures. He had to get a belt to bypass the AC clutch to stop the grinding noise.
