Scotty. greetings. 1st i love your videos. And i know you can help me out on this. You are from Texas right? When buying a car. What does it means Texas blue title vs regular Blue title? What should i be aware of when buying a savage car or blue title car that looks good? What are the details that I should be looking at? Thanks.

A Texas blue title means the title is clear and has no problems. If it does have a problem it will say rebuilt title or reconditioned title which means it was totaled by an insurance company
